A Match Made In Heaven

For the month of July, two Etsy street teams have collaborated a promotion called Business Buddies. These two teams are EtsyGreetings and JET. The promotion, thus far, has been spectacular!!!

Caterpillars....in my garden...eating my

Marigolds!! UGH!!!! They are so cool looking, and I cannot possible kill them....here are the last two to visit:

They are so different, right? I've been sitting here for the past hour Googling them but do you know how many caterpillars there are in this world. OMG!!!! I've tried everything "white fluffy Caterpillar" "black spiky Caterpillar" "Caterpillar with red dots".

I will have to look more tonight.....if anybody knows, please feel free to share with me!

After the rain....

Our New Tomato Garden!!

I don't typically talk about personal things here on my blog...but I am so excited about our new tomato garden that I just must show you!

It all started MONTHS ago when my husband delivered 18-20 tons of dirt (he works for a sand & gravel place and he got it for FREE). I have never shoveled so much dirt in my life (I should have taken a picture of it....schucks).

This dirt has been placed all over our yard...we've made a bunch of flower gardens and the final project was our tomato garden. My husband potted about 30 or more tomato plants and they needed a place to go. We used wood and stones from an old tobacoo barn...and voila!

I can't wait to eat these tomatoes.....sauce, salsa, kebobs, grilled, roasted....it's endless!!

Purchase any card from participating shops through July 31 and include that you'd like to donate your purchase to Mission Soldier Support in the notes to seller.Your purchase will be sent to Capturedtimebooks who will be sending them to an Air Support Battalion stationed in Iraq. Search MSS for listings. The cards will be available for the soldiers to use for a note home.
